We're going to make an effort to keep the Region 7 classified ads somewhat current by placing a 'listed date' or 'last changed' on each add, and each add will 'expire' and be deleted after 6 months from that date, unless it is 'renewed' by the individual 'lister' who placed the classified add.  Bottom line, if you wish to keep a classified add posted beyond 6 months, just send me an email @ d.hall@cox.net .   It is also VERY much appreciated if you let us know when your classified ad is no longer needed.

FOR SALE

A quick reminder - PLEASE be sure to have a thorough pre-buy inspection performed on any Ercoupe you are considering purchasing.  Find a fresh pair of eyes, and someone knowledgeable about Ercoupes to perform the pre-buy if at all possible.  The Ercoupe Owners Club has a link to a good pre-purchase inspection check list - which is a good starting point!   http://www.ercoupe.org/Prepurchase_inspection.html   If you are buying a "C" or "CD" model for LSA, always confirm or be CERTAIN that it has NOT been upconverted to a "D" with the FAA, as this will disqualify it for LSA use.    The seller may not even be aware of the conversion or may not fully understand the LSA regulations.  Be sure to check out the FAA records for the plane in question, available by CD for a minimal fee.  The old rule of; 'buyer beware' applies to Ercoupes too.
